Overseas Manufacturing Quality Expert

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for formulating the annual quality business plan for overseas factories, decomposing quality objectives, monthly PDCA, and overall quality operation improvement 2. Establish, implement, and improve the quality management system of overseas factories to ensure the achievement of quality management objectives of overseas factories and the continuous satisfaction of requirements for the quality of delivered products. 3.Recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel in the on-site quality team of overseas factory, as well as the division and arrangement of on-site personnel's work 4.Conduct cross-cultural communication with overseas partners to promote the construction of quality culture, continuously enhance awareness of quality culture, and facilitate system improvement 5.As the management interface between the domestic headquarters' Mid-Platform and overseas factory, undertakes the management requirements of the headquarters' Mid-Platform, and implements them through decomposition and grounding at overseas factories. 6.Coordination of on-site management resources, tackling difficult issues, making final judgments on concession release management, etc.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science, or related fields. 2. 10+ years of relevant work experience in vehicle process quality and complete vehicle quality management at an OEM. 3. Proficient in new energy vehicle (NEV) powertrain, battery, and electronic systems, as well as complete vehicle manufacturing processes; thorough knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; capable of proactive risk anticipation, quality breakthrough initiatives, and data-driven quality control. 4. Highly principled, resilient under pressure, adaptable to periodic or long-term overseas assignments, and equipped with excellent cross-cultural collaboration and independent execution capabilities. Preferred: English proficiency as a working language.
