Minisoft Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong process engineering background to support the implementation of an enterprise contractor management solution. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize business processes for an efficient contractor lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders on end-to-end business processes and system workflows
- Design and optimize scalable business processes supporting the contractor lifecycle
- Support the implementation and configuration of the DEEL contractor management platform
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and standardization
- Create business process flows, functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support deployment activities
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
- Strong background in business process engineering, process mapping, and workflow optimization
- Experience working across multiple business functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and IT
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive stakeholder alignment
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting DEEL or similar contractor/workforce management platforms
- Experience managing contractor or contingent workforce lifecycle processes, including: Contractor onboarding, Compliance and documentation, Time tracking and invoicing, Payments, Offboarding
- Knowledge of HR systems, ERP platforms, and workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
