Project Manager - Labs

Thermo Fisher Scientific is a global team dedicated to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. They are seeking a Project Manager - Labs to manage cross-functional projects in a bioanalytical laboratory, ensuring compliance and collaboration to deliver scientific solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope, from clinical trials and pharmaceutical services to technical documentation and quality management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in project management or coordination
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English required; additional languages may be needed based on location
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project timelines
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
• Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Additional certifications in Project Management are valued but not required
• Experience with quality systems and GMP compliance preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific industries preferred
