Title: Senior Program Manager
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Onsite 5days/week Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across Information Security and IT. This individual will serve as a key program lead responsible for stabilizing ambiguous efforts, driving delivery, and ensuring alignment across enterprise teams.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs including modernization across microsegmentation, firewalls, reverse proxy technologies, and zero trust architectures
Drive delivery of initiatives involving Palo Alto Networks technologies (including Prisma Access) and emerging platforms such as Zero Networks
Oversee end-to-end program execution ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and executable delivery plans
Stabilize high-risk or ambiguous initiatives and drive successful outcomes across enterprise teams
Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary facilitator across cross-functional teams, driving alignment and decision-making
Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive briefings
Effectively communicate with both technical (security engineering, network, cloud) and business stakeholders
Break down complex security initiatives into clear, executable workstreams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with security engineering, network, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver integrated solutions
Align efforts across initiatives such as:
Microsegmentation deployments
Firewall modernization and optimization
Secure access (reverse proxy / Prisma Access) implementations
Work closely with leadership on prioritization, resourcing, and delivery trade-offs
Foster collaboration across distributed teams to ensure successful program outcomes
Risk, Governance & Compliance
Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (e.g., GDPR, security governance frameworks)
Ensure alignment of security programs to enterprise risk management strategy and controls
Innovation & Problem Solving
Apply creative, outside-the-box thinking to solve complex enterprise security challenges
Drive continuous improvement across program delivery, governance, and operational processes
Identify opportunities to optimize security architecture and program execution
Financial & Resource Management
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and allocation of resources across multiple initiatives
Ensure optimal utilization of internal teams and vendor/partner resources
Balance competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably within Information Security or IT
Proven experience leading enterprise security programs involving:
Microsegmentation
Firewall and network security technologies
Secure access solutions (reverse proxy, ZTNA, Prisma Access)
Strong familiarity with:
Palo Alto Networks ecosystem
Zero Trust architectures and segmentation strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-risk, cross-functional initiatives
