We are seeking a Lead ETL Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation cloud data platform. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with expertise in data warehousing, ETL development, cloud data platforms, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ODS, EDW, data lakes, and data marts.
• Develop scalable batch and real-time ETL pipelines using Informatica Cloud, AWS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL-based tools.
• Create data models, architecture diagrams, and reusable ingestion frameworks.
• Optimize data warehouse performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead data governance initiatives including data lineage, cataloging, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver production-grade ETL solutions.
• Build automated testing frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and proof-of-concepts.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and Informatica Cloud.
• 3+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in OLAP data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale data environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Fintech or financial services experience.
• Experience with business intelligence, compliance analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
