Senior Product Security Engineer

Calance is seeking a Senior Staff Product Security Engineer to lead and evolve their enterprise Product Security program. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you'll define product security strategy and partner with engineering teams to ensure secure application development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve our enterprise Product Security program
• Define product security strategy
• Embed security throughout the SDLC
• Partner with engineering teams to build secure, scalable cloud-native applications

Requirements:

• 12+ years in Product Security or Application Security
• Expertise with OWASP Top 10, API Security, Web & Mobile Security
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, Secrets Management, and Runtime Protection
• Strong AWS cloud security experience
• Experience securing microservices and cloud-native applications
• Knowledge of secure SDLC, threat modeling, penetration testing, and secure coding
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher
• Node.js, Java/Kotlin, React, Swift
• AWS, GCP
• Burp Suite, Kali Linux
• OSCP, CISSP, GPEN, GWAPT, or similar certifications
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or Healthcare
