NextGen | GTA, a Kelly Telecom Company, is seeking a Microwave Network Engineer to support advanced wireless transport and microwave backhaul network projects. The role involves designing and optimizing microwave backhaul networks and performing RF analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and optimize microwave backhaul networks
- Perform link budgeting, path engineering, and RF analysis
- Support deployment and optimization of transport networks
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson microwave solutions
- Proficiency with Aviat Networks tools/platform
- Background in microwave transmission engineering
- Understanding of RF propagation, network performance, and optimization
- LTE/5G backhaul preferred
- U.S. based candidates preferred
