Senior Devops / Platform Engineer

Lifted, an Upwork Company, is seeking a Senior Devops/Platform Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the developer experience and infrastructure of their platform. The role involves driving technological decisions, development, and maintenance of software to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to convert business requirements into technical specifications
• Optimize infrastructure and DX experience in the platform
• Adhere to strict security and data protection standards
• Validate the technical feasibility of PRD documents and translate those requirements in engineering practices
• Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with the team to manage deployments and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team

Requirements:
