Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to support our Federal Deposit Insurance Co. (FDIC) customer. This role will work closely with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, document process flows, and configure Salesforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop user stories, and map as-is/to-be process flows to inform design and development
- Configure and administer Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein capabilities to meet business needs
- Apply Agile development practices to manage and deliver enhancements, working collaboratively within sprint-based delivery cycles
- Recommend and implement Salesforce best practices, prioritizing configuration over custom development wherever possible to achieve business outcomes efficiently
- Support and configure Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, leveraging Lightning Platform capabilities
- Contribute platform expertise on Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions configuration, where applicable
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Maintain platform documentation, including process flows, user stories, and configuration decisions
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile development methodologies
- Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein
- Experience configuring Vlocity / Public Sector Solutions
- Experience working directly with users to develop user stories and as-is/to-be process flows for design and development purposes
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration best practices, with a preference for declarative solutions over custom code
- Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Lightning Platform
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable platform requirements
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification
- Additional Salesforce certifications: Beyond Administrator (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant)
