Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Client Onboarding Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Getzville, NY .
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for implementing and managing a smooth and efficient process to handle all aspects of onboarding a client so that they are ready to do business with the firm.
- Liaising with clients and several teams in Sales, Compliance, KYC, Operations, etc. to ensure that time to market is minimized and that transparency can be provided around the process.
- Responsible for the remediation to an existing client population to adhere to CRD6 regulations. Assisting with necessary due diligence of KYC, document gathering, partnership with the business and meeting the necessary deadline.
- Deliver overall client satisfaction while at the same time meeting the firm's global audit, compliance, risk and control requirements
- Owning the onboarding request from end to end
- Ensuring the continued progression of the onboarding request through the processes as quickly and effectively as possible
- Communicating the status to internal and external parties on a regular basis
- Manage the requests in the pipeline and then provide relevant status updates to end users
- Effectively following up in a timely, professional manner
- Manage your own pipelines and be aware of when to escalate issues
- Identify and escalate issues with the processes
- Take an active part in analyzing data on end-to-end processes for tracking turnaround times of deliverables
