Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee procurement activities, vendor selection, contract management, and third-party performance.
- Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and financial updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies, governance, and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business, technical, and external teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 10 years of progressive project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale or infrastructure projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or an equivalent project management certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Primavera.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
