AI Product Manager (Healthcare/Pharma Domain)

Position: AI Product Manager (Healthcare/Pharma Domain) Location: Remote Experience: 12+ Years

Must-Have Skills:

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical/Product Manager

• Strong Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry experience

• Experience owning and driving product roadmaps aligned with business and clinical objectives

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories

• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and optimization

• Strong stakeholder management skills with business, engineering, data science, and regulatory teams

• Experience delivering AI/ML-driven products and solutions

Good-to-Have Skills:

• PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) experience

• Experience working with enterprise healthcare platforms and data ecosystems

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
