Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Technical Consultant with 15+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical development. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll technical components, reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on developing scalable and high-performing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain complex Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, validations, and business rules.
- Design and develop HCM Extracts for payroll reporting and outbound integrations.
- Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and XML/RTF templates.
- Develop and support payroll integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, HDL, and file-based interfaces.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving Payroll, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
Required Technical Skills:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Advanced expertise in Fast Formulas.
- Extensive experience with HCM Extracts.
- Strong experience with BI Publisher (BIP).
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization.
- Experience with Payroll Integrations, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and HDL.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll data model and technical architecture.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, and production support.
