Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an Advanced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to modernize enterprise applications, automate workflows, and design scalable cloud solutions.

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (EST Shift)

Location: Jackson, MS

Position Overview

You will design, configure, and develop enterprise business applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems-specifically supporting grants management, licensing, and workflow automation.

Key Skills & Core Requirements

To qualify for an interview, your resume must clearly reflect the following core experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5+ years of professional development and environment configuration.
• Power Platform: 3+ years of experience building Power Apps (Model-Driven/Canvas) and Power Automate workflows.
• Custom Development: Proven experience writing custom plugins, workflow extensions, custom APIs, and web resources using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Data & Integration: Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL Server, and integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs / Azure Functions.
• Reporting: Experience building executive dashboards and operational reports in Power BI.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Pluses (Boost Your Chance)

• Active Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background working with public sector/government agencies.
• Experience with grants management, financial systems, or permitting applications.
