We are seeking a senior-level professional to provide 100% production support and maintenance for enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and downstream application integrations. The ideal candidate will operate independently to secure data integrity, resolve incidents, and manage application uptime.

Required Capabilities (Non-Negotiable):
- 8+ Years of enterprise software development experience.
- IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition (Virtual MDM) - Deep knowledge of data models, entities, transactions, batch processing, and troubleshooting.
- Apache Kafka - Multi-year event-streaming experience including topic creation, configuration, message flow debugging, and Zookeeper/KRaft concepts via Strimzi operator.
Highly Desired Skills:
- Java/J2EE Stack: 8+ years with Java, JSP, and REST/SOAP-based services alongside production logging diagnosis.
- OS & Automation: 5+ years with Linux/Unix systems (command-line, log analysis, Bash/Shell scripting, and CRON jobs) plus Windows PowerShell.
- Middleware: Hands-on experience with WildFly application servers (deployments, health checks, and integrating WildFly with Kafka/MDM).
- Databases: Strong proficiency writing and optimizing SQL queries within Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience deploying to Cloud/Containerized environments (AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes) and working with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitoring & Security: Log aggregation using the ELK/Elastic Stack and managing/deploying SSL/TLS Certificates across Windows/Linux.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with the Flowable workflow engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and track defects/incidents across critical production and non-production systems.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure teams (Linux, Windows, Network) to resolve runtime environment issues and execute Requests for Change (RFC).
- Coordinate with DBAs to implement database enhancements and pull system metrics.
- Execute the full SDLC loop by gathering functional requirements, generating technical specifications, and overseeing UAT/Post-Implementation testing.
