About this role
Requirements:
- RN or LPN/LVN license required.
- 2+ years of experience as a nursing manager in a skilled nursing facility with positive survey history.
- Demonstrated skills in clinical systems management.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the DON in the supervision of nursing care provided by nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible
- Interview, make recommendations, and train associates.
- Plans, assigns, directs, and monitors work.
- Responsible for assigned clinical programs and systems which may include but are not limited to wound care, weight management, fall prevention, continence management, infection prevention, pain management, and restorative programs.
