BIM Intern(Annotation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in adding, reviewing, and updating annotations in BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Ensure all annotations follow project/company BIM standards and guidelines
• Support the preparation of construction drawings, layouts, and documentation
• Maintain consistency and clarity in text, dimensions, tags, and symbols
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to resolve annotation issues
• Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Help organize and manage annotation libraries and templates
• Assist in extracting annotated views, sheets, and schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Basic knowledge of BIM tools (Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD)
• Understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO, LOD, naming conventions)
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks or other coordination tools
• Exposure to annotation styles, templates, and documentation workflows
• Good communication and teamwork skills
