This is a **12-month contract opportunity** to support a planned transition, with an approximately **6-week knowledge transfer period** to ensure a smooth handover.
The overall implementation strategy, governance framework, and rollout methodology have already been established. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving execution across APAC markets, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing system integrations, managing project governance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of the rollout within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
This is an execution-focused transformation PM role requiring strong supply chain planning, enterprise implementation, and global rollout experience within manufacturing or CPG environments.

Experience leading global or regional rollouts, ideally across APAC
Manufacturing, CPG, or complex supply chain industry background
Strong systems integration experience (ERP, Master Data, Architecture, InfoSec, third-party applications)
Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Experience with project governance, budgeting, risk management, status reporting, and SDLC processes
Preferred
Direct Kinaxis implementation or rollout experience (largest differentiator)
PMP, SAFe, CSM, or similar certifications
Prior experience supporting APAC markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Australia)
Day-to-Day
Drive APAC rollout activities and manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies
Partner with Program Manager, Leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external SI partners
Manage risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes
Coordinate with Architecture, InfoSec, Master Data, and Integration teams
Provide executive-level status reporting and project health updates
Complete knowledge transfer with the current PM and assume ownership of APAC execution

Core Project Team:
12–15 people
Stakeholders:
~25 cross-functional partners
Reports to:

Ideal Candidate
A senior PM who has successfully led enterprise supply chain planning implementations in a manufacturing or CPG environment, managed global/APAC rollouts, understands complex system integrations, and can step into an established program and execute with minimal ramp-up.
