Experience

8–10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Planning solutions with strong functional consulting expertise in budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and revenue planning.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Functional Consultant to lead planning and forecasting engagements, gather business requirements, design planning models, and implement scalable Oracle EPBCS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong finance and accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Revenue Planning, Workforce Planning, driver-based forecasting, and management reporting.

The consultant will work closely with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to design and deliver enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, HR, Sales, and Operations teams. 
• Translate business requirements into Oracle EPBCS functional designs and provide solutions. 
• Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks. 
• Advise clients on planning best practices and Oracle EPBCS capabilities. 
• Design and implement Revenue Planning applications and build driver-based revenue models
• Design revenue assumptions, allocations, and forecast adjustment processes. 
• Implement rolling forecasts and scenario planning. 
• Configure Workforce Planning modules and design workforce models.
• Create variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Support monthly and quarterly planning review processes. 
• Work with technical teams to define integrations between ERP/HCM/CRM systems and EPBCS. 
• Validate data loads and reconciliation processes. 
• Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment activities, User Training and documentation. 
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Nice to Have

• Workforce planning implementation experience for large organizations. 
• Revenue cube design experience across Product, Customer, Channel, and Geography dimensions. 
• Experience with predictive forecasting and AI-assisted planning capabilities within Oracle EPM. 
• Knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, and broader Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem.
