Key Responsibilities - Assist in the design, development, and optimization of a software development layer that bridges HW and SW transactors and Trackers - Contribute to toolchain integration and performance analysis to enhance developer workflows. - Participate in feature development aimed at improving code quality and productivity. - Collaborate with software engineers and architects to align tools with evolving platform requirements. - Conduct code reviews, debugging, and software testing to ensure the robustness of development tools. - Leverage knowledge of CI/CD processes to streamline development and deployment pipelines. - Explore innovative approaches to software quality and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
- Programming ability and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java).
- Proven experience of software debugging and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with software quality and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and workflows.
- Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and high-level software design.
- Experience with AI coding environments like Claude Code, VScode, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages to support automation tasks.
- Exposure to code review processes and collaborative software development practices.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address complex technical challenges.
