Passthrough is a live weekly show focusing on the practical realities of deploying enterprise XR at scale. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing audience engagement through strategic content creation and social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and publishing content across Passthrough’s social media channels to increase audience engagement and show awareness
- Developing and executing social media campaigns
- Optimizing posts for reach and performance
- Monitoring metrics and adjusting strategies based on analytics
- Collaborating with the host and production team to repurpose show content into short-form posts, clips, and promotional materials
- Engaging directly with the community through comments and messages
Requirements:
- Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for audience growth and engagement
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars and aligning content with brand and show objectives
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling copy and engage professionally with online communities
- Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing, including analytics, basic SEO concepts, and campaign performance tracking
- Familiarity with XR/AR/VR or a strong interest in emerging technologies and enterprise innovation
- Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram) and social media management tools
