Kopius is a technology consulting company focused on solving complex problems through digital strategy, design, and engineering. They are seeking a Strategic Designer — UX/UI & Brand to enhance their design work across various digital platforms, particularly in rebuilding websites and creating marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Help rebuild our websites: audit current sites, rethink structure and UX, and redesign and ship new, on-brand pages
- Design across UX and UI for web and other digital products—wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Create brand and marketing design assets (campaigns, social, presentations, and other high-impact materials)
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to speed up production and keep quality high
- Ensure brand consistency across the website, marketing assets, and other digital touchpoints
- Work in (or closely with) HTML/CSS and our site/CMS tooling to take web designs through to published pages
- Partner with marketing, development, and other stakeholders on planning and execution
- Conduct lightweight user research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
Requirements:
- 4+ years in UX/UI, web, and/or product design, with a strong, well-rounded portfolio
- Self-directed and reliable—able to own deliverables with minimal oversight
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies and legacy systems
- Thrives in a team environment, actively contributes to collaboration, fostering a sense of community
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Experience designing and rebuilding/redesigning websites, alongside broader UI and brand design work
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and hands-on experience with web/CMS platforms or site builders (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Proficiency in Figma, including building or working within design systems
- Solid grounding in design thinking and user-centered process (research ? prototype ? iterate)
- Strong brand/visual sensibility paired with functional UX
