Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Project Manager for a contract role. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, manage project scope and risks, and ensure successful delivery through collaboration with customer and vendor teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, from planning and design through go-live and hypercare support
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery within agreed objectives
- Collaborate closely with customer and vendor teams to drive integrated project planning and execution
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, steering committees (SteerCo), and change control processes
- Oversee testing, deployment readiness, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective change management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of IT experience, including experience leading enterprise HR transformation and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation programs
- Proven experience managing multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
- Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk and change management, and delivery within vendor-customer engagement models
