They are seeking a Data & Digital Marketing Analyst to support marketing strategy and performance analysis through data-driven insights, collaborating closely with various teams to improve acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing and customer data using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, R, and analytics dashboards
- Support performance tracking across campaigns, channels, and funnels using defined KPIs
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and data wrangling to support decision making
- Translate data findings into clear narratives and actionable insights for non technical stakeholders
- Support go to market efforts for AI enabled or data driven products
- Assist in translating technical workflows or product capabilities into customer friendly messaging
- Participate in competitive analysis and market benchmarking for AI or analytics driven platforms
- Use AI tools (e.g., generative AI assistants) to support research, content drafting, and analysis under guidance
