The University of Pennsylvania is a world-renowned leader in education, research, and innovation. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Penn Computerized Neurocognitive Battery (CNB) Application, which involves project management within a Scrum environment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-up meetings and facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support the project team in coordinating tasks across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Help manage project timelines, track progress, and remove roadblocks to keep delivery on schedule
- Continuously improve team processes through structured retrospective feedback
- Serve as liaison for CNB project clients, including information gathering, negotiation of project scope, account setup, battery configuration, and documentation
- Ensure effective and timely communication with clients needing customer or technical support throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain detailed documentation for projects, users, and tests
- Coordinate administrative and technical support across internal teams and external institutions
- Handle billing data entry into iLabs for client projects
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely invoicing aligned with project milestones
- Coordinate with the Operations Lead to reconcile billing records and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain the online CNB training platform with updated materials and new feature documentation
- Provide feedback on mock video sessions from trainees and deliver in-person training as needed
- Establish and maintain all necessary SOPs and documentation related to CNB project management
- Assist with data management and data requests
- Administer the CNB to research subjects as a backup for section studies
- Assist the DevOps Team in delivering new features and debugging as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Clinical Psychology, Biomedical Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Good understanding of or demonstrated interest in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Facilitate meetings and support training activities
- Experience working with iLabs or similar billing/service-center platforms
