Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst who possesses both technical skills and the ability to author requirements for the Planview Portfolios toolset. The role involves building requirements for business and IT teams, coordinating stakeholders, and producing gap analysis for future requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Build requirements for Business and IT teams as needed
- Create/Maintain Planview AgilePlace boards and work with Tech and QA Leads to update as needed
- Coordinate the pertinent stakeholders or SMEs for any needed working sessions to create required Program and Project artifacts
- Create/Update/Refine Current requirements
- Produce Gap Analysis to determine/create future requirements
- Create and maintain Planview work tracking board for program/project
- Creating and validating success criteria
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, business discipline or related field of study and a minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience
- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience
