Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking a Sr. Client Solutions Manager to accelerate vertical market development in Arkansas across transportation mitigation and water quality platforms. The role focuses on relationship-building, strategic planning, and technical insight to promote ecological restoration and resilience solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified leads, managing external relationships, and leading proposal development and deal structuring
- Track permitting timelines, understand deal components, manage cross-functional resources, and represent RES during key client meetings and industry events
- Work closely with land, regulatory, design, and project teams to pursue and win business opportunities in your assigned market
- Present financial summaries to clients and guide internal teams on project pursuit strategy
- Travel regionally to visit project sites, meet with regulators and clients, and represent RES at conferences and partner events
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
- Experience structuring deals and assessing their financial health
- Experience with contracts and key provisions; legal awareness in deal structuring
- Experience in multi-year sales, to several stakeholders
- Experience supporting ecological restoration projects via CWA, NGO, and/or Public Works
- Experience with relevant environmental regulations and permits/approvals (e.g. CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA)
- Knowledge of stream/wetland design and construction methods
- Relationships with local, state, and federal regulators in your region
- Experience in the review and preparation of regulatory documents and deliverables and responding to agency comments
- Experience with science, design and/or construction of wetlands
