Responsibilities:

Define the execution approach for the exercise

Develop TxDOT Data management organization's customer engagement strategy

Assist in the definition of TxDOT Data Management organization structure

Assist in the development of detailed execution plans along with costing

Assist in the Technology selection process

Anticipate bottlenecks, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and provide escalation management.

Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities.

Use organizational, presentation, and customer service skills to get buy in from the business.
