Required skills:
Strong CDP / Data Cloud implementation experience
Expertise in segmentation activation, RFM analysis, and CLV
Experience with zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
Understanding of identity resolution, consent management, and customer data governance
Strong communication and consulting skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in data, martech, CRM, analytics, or consulting
2+ years of hands-on CDP / Data Cloud experience
Salesforce Relevant certifications are preferred.
