Salary: $60,088 - $72,593 Annually (GS.11E)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. (EST)

FLSA Status: This is an Exempt position.
Department: Public Works - Fleet Management
Reporting directly to Fleet Management Division Director, responsible for managing and leading the daily operations and inventory of Automotive repair part stockrooms for City-wide garages.
The Fleet Parts Supervisor is a stand-alone position

High school or equivalent
Seven (7) years of automotive, heavy truck, and heavy equipment theory/application experience including aftermarket parts experience
Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience including financial and budget responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of:
Supply Chain and Logistic best practices, RFID and Bar Code Inventory control procedures.
Positions in this class typically require standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work is performed primarily outdoors at recycling and refuse facilities.
Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, weather conditions, dust, fumes, odors, and noise typical of fleet operations.
This position requires pre-employment screening(s) that include: background check, drug screening and lift test.
