What You Will Do:
Perform duties in various Real Estate disciplines including title research, closings, appraisals, negotiations, billing package reviews, legal description reviews, and construction and RW plan reviews.
Use various computer software programs to prepare and manage reports and other documents, as well as perform administrative tasks.

Supplemental InformationAll bargaining unit and exempt new hires to ODOT must serve a one-year probationary period.
The selection process for this position will include a structured interview. Candidate responses to the interview questions will be scored and the selection will be made in accordance with the OCSEA/AFSCME Contract.
This position is overtime eligible based on FLSA Standards.
If this position is filled internally, the wage rate will be determined in accordance with the contract
