Development opportunity based in Craigie as a Team Leader – Maintenance (Electrical) to develop, coach and motivate your team providing maintenance support to metropolitan Water Resource Recovery and Water assets.
You are an engaging people leader with well-developed communication and leadership skills and have experience managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring efficient support is provided to meet customer needs.
You show leadership by ensuring that all work is undertaken with safety as the priority and are proactive in discussing your observations with your team and contractors regularly, encouraging a supportive work environment.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
