We are looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Digital Project Manager to support a significant period of digital transformation across our business.
Over the coming months, we are implementing several major projects with overlapping timelines, vendors, stakeholders and commercial impact. These include a website redesign and relaunch, a new booking engine, migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to a new CRM platform, and the rollout of Canary across key guest-facing services.
This role will act as the central coordination point, ensuring project plans are clear, deliverables are tracked, decisions are made, risks are managed and all workstreams continue to move forward.
Based in our office at Surry Hills but with Hybrid work option available. You must be Sydney based and available immediately!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones and workback schedules across multiple digital projects
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and platform partners
- Track deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and approvals
- Support the website redesign and relaunch across content, UX, development, SEO, analytics, testing and launch readiness
- Coordinate booking engine implementation, including integration requirements, booking flows, testing and go-live support
- Support CRM migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to a new platform, including data, templates, journeys, automations, reporting and training
- Coordinate the Canary rollout across guest-facing services such as in-room dining, restaurant bookings, spa reservations and guest information
- Manage content collection, review and approval across hotel, restaurant, bar, spa and guest service channels
- Run project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up with owners
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders
- Support UAT, launch planning, go-live readiness and post-launch issue tracking
About You
You are highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to keep people, priorities and timelines moving.
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing digital, website, CRM, booking engine or guest technology projects
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agencies, vendors and internal teams
- Understanding of digital platforms, integrations, testing and launch processes
- Ability to manage risks, actions, decisions and dependencies
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
- Hospitality, travel, tourism or multi-site business experience would be highly regarded
