About the role
Mater Health Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to drive efficiency and support service delivery across key specialities. This position is being offered as a 12 month max term full time contract position based at South Brisbane.
The position reports to the Business Manager – Planned Care. In this role you will be a member of the Planned Care leadership team, helping to respond to escalations and queries, whilst leading and supporting improvement and change management initiatives across the service.
You will join a team of Service Managers, who work in partnership with nominated specialty Medical Directors to support the strategic direction of the Specialty, in line with organisational goals and key performance indicators. The role works collaboratively across all divisions and teams relevant to the patient journey, including outpatients and inpatients, to facilitate a better experience for the patient, increase engagement and satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
Salary range: $62.74 - $67.20 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
