Sales OfficerThe Sales Officer (SO) is responsible for driving primary and secondary sales performanceSales Planning & Business Delivery • Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory • Plan monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets and ensure alignment with team and distributors • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions to address gaps • Ensure accurate forecasting, billing discipline, and timely collections Distributor Management & Channel Efficiency • Manage distributor operations including appointment, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization • Ensure optimal stock levels, fill rates, and timely order fulfilment across channels • Drive efficiency in claims management, billing processes, and outstanding clearance • Coordinate with CFAs and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability Team Leadership & Execution Control • Lead, guide, and monitor ASOs/TSIs to ensure effective territory coverage and execution • Design and drive adherence to journey plans and beat plans for the team • Build team capability through on-the-job coaching, feedback, and performance management • Drive discipline in reporting, productivity tracking, and execution standards Market Execution & Channel Development • Ensure strong in-store execution including merchandising, visibility, and promotional implementation • Drive new product launches and ensure availability across key outlets • Engage with key retailers and regional stakeholders to improve product placement and off-take • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
