Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting
Requirements:
- Master's degree
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools
- Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Candidates must have U.S. work authorization
- Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous
