Jackson Nurse Professionals is focused on improving patient care and supporting educational staffing needs. The Sales Account Manager - Education Division will lead business development efforts, build partnerships with school districts, and drive growth in K-12 staffing services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for K-12 staffing services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with school districts and educational organizations
- Meet and exceed sales goals, KPIs, and territory objectives
- Analyze market trends and forecast growth opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to develop effective client outreach campaigns
- Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and RFP responses
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM reporting
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Support client onboarding and implementation
- Serve as a primary or backup account manager when needed
- Resolve escalated client issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with account managers to develop annual hiring forecasts
- Build lasting relationships with school leaders and district decision-makers
- Review client agreements and monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics
- Represent the company during client meetings and industry events
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development as the division grows
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and accountability measures
- Develop scalable systems and operational processes that support growth
- Lead change management initiatives and continuous process improvement
- Support talent development, onboarding, and retention initiatives across the division
Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development experience in staffing, healthcare, education, or a related industry
- Experience with consultative, long-cycle B2B sales
- Strong background in contract negotiations and responding to RFPs
- Experience using CRM and ATS platforms to manage sales pipelines and client relationships
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Understanding of K-12 staffing models and special education services is highly preferred
- Familiarity with federal and state education regulations, including special education compliance, is strongly preferred
