Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and online communication platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, retail, hospitality, or office support is beneficial but not required
