Report Analyst (Business Intelligence | Tableau | SQL | Jira | Healthcare)

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is a leading company in the Healthcare Industry, and they are currently seeking a Report Analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence and data analytics. The role involves designing and maintaining dashboards, delivering reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Reporting & Analytics
• Design, develop, and maintain operational and executive dashboards
• Deliver standardized and ad hoc reports supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business operations
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
• Build KPI scorecards and executive reporting packages
• Ensure report accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
• Rally to Jira Transformation
• Support enterprise migration from Rally to Jira
• Perform detailed gap analysis between both platforms
• Gather business requirements and document reporting needs
• Define future-state reporting capabilities within Jira
• Partner with business and technical teams throughout implementation
• Business Intelligence
• Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools
• Develop reporting frameworks supporting operational metrics
• Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting efforts
• Provide executive-level insights using data visualization
• Data Quality & Governance
• Validate report accuracy and perform data quality reviews
• Partner with enterprise database teams to improve data consistency
• Identify data mapping requirements and business definitions
• Support data governance and reporting best practices
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Gather business requirements from leadership and business partners
• Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to executives
• Train users on reporting tools and dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics experience
• Experience with Jira
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience developing Tableau dashboards
• Experience building KPI dashboards and executive reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Rally experience highly preferred
• Experience with Rally (CA Agile Central)
• Experience supporting Rally-to-Jira migrations
• Healthcare or Health Insurance industry experience
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Experience with: Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, SAS, Python, R, Data governance and reporting automation experience
