DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Project Manager for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO) to drive Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) clinical projects and strengthen physician engagement. The role involves managing projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the execution of high-priority initiatives within Value-Based Care programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage provider engagement projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time. Develop and oversee management systems for OCMO, with Integrated Kidney Care as the primary focus. This includes creating, in partnership with OCMO, reoccurring physician-facing educational content for our Value-Based Care partners as appropriate to the VBC program
- Partner with OCMO, DKC, and IKC leaders to align priorities and streamline execution of cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate and monitor progress on special projects across IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors and partner teams, ensuring timely execution and impact. Optimize leader time through strategic scheduling, roundtables, and payor forums. Highlight management process gaps or improvement opportunities, then implement solutions
- Track and report on project progress and outcomes. Identify risks or roadblocks and recommend well-reasoned solutions to keep projects on track. Reinforce the IKC OCMO team brand by highlighting their value, contributions, and impact across our Value-Based Care programs (Gov’t and Commercial)
- Support IKC (CKD, Quality Measures, Gov’t Programs) education initiatives, including physician workgroups, live meetings, and training sessions. Integrate practice outreach and other physician engagement initiatives into OCMO processes with a hyper focus on partner of choice, the DaVita Kidney Care/Integrated Kidney Care clinical strategy and IKC quality metrics

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with physicians and executive stakeholders
- Strong communication, relationship management, and executive influence skills
- Travel up to 20% as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of delivering on project goals and managing processes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses the written and verbal communication skills necessary to successfully perform the essential functions, duties, and responsibilities of the position
- Familiarity with physician practice operations, clinical quality programs, and Value-Based Care
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Project/program management certification a plus
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; able to manage ambiguity, build trust, and influence without direct authority
