SAPinsider is the largest independent community for SAP professionals, and they are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing efforts for the vendor and partner ecosystem. The role involves driving lead generation, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with sales to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation for vendor-facing calls to action — membership inquiries, event sponsorships, listing claims, and sales conversations
- Build and run always-on, workflow-based marketing campaigns that create awareness of SAPinsider's events, membership, and partner opportunities across the SAP vendor ecosystem
- Execute multi-touch, year-round nurture programs that communicate the value of the SAPinsider community to prospective and existing vendor partners
- Use AI-powered marketing automation and workflow tools to scale outreach and personalize engagement across a large vendor audience
- Own vendor-facing landing pages and Partner Member showcase pages — messaging, value proposition, testimonials, form pathways, and conversion optimization
- Improve the velocity and quality of marketing leads passed to sales — reduce time-to-follow-up, increase conversion to Partner Members and Event Sponsors
- Track marketing-to-sales outcomes — measure conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and new partner acquisition tied to campaign activity
- Own hygiene, role mapping, and enrichment of vendor marketing contacts across the SAP Partner ecosystem
- Conduct campaign QA across copy, links, forms, user journeys, and conversion tracking
- Partner with Sales, Sponsorship, and the broader Event Marketing team to align on audience strategy, campaign timing, and funnel performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years in B2B demand generation or partner/vendor/sponsor marketing
- Experience running email nurture and lead generation programs tied to pipeline creation and sales conversion
- Hands-on marketing skills — email marketing, HTML editing, template adaptation, landing page and form creation, testing, and optimization
- Ability to write and optimize conversion-oriented messaging for forms, landing pages, and nurture campaigns
- Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms — you learn fast and push what's possible (AI agent/workflow tool experience a plus)
- Strong database discipline — audience hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment are second nature
- Comfortable working closely with sales — understands lead handoff, follow-up SLAs, and conversion reporting
- Experience in enterprise technology, partner ecosystems, or event/media businesses preferred
