About this role
eTeam is a Global Recruitment specialist that provides support to clients across EMEA, APAC, US, and Canada. They are seeking a Ping ID SME to implement and support PingID authentication solutions while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support PingID authentication solutions
- Design and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) capabilities
- Integrate applications with Ping Identity technologies
- Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and access management issues
- Support IAM transformation and improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
- Ensure solutions align with security policies and compliance requirements
- Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
