Project Manager-Data Center

Kevin Edward is partnering with a leading national general contractor to identify an experienced Project Manager for large-scale data center construction projects. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and quality while leading teams and ensuring safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Managing schedules, budgets, quality, and field operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and project teams
• Driving safety and quality standards across the jobsite
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience
• Experience leading projects valued at $50M+
• Strong background in safety, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relationships
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project controls
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction experience is highly preferred
