They are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to engage with clients virtually, provide personalized financial solutions, and build long-term relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and Zoom
• Respond to inquiries and schedule virtual appointments
• Present and explain insurance products clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through application and enrollment processes
• Participate in optional ongoing training to continue skill development
