Customer Service Representative ( REMOTE WORK )

Morphius Corp is a rapidly growing company providing benefits for labor unions, credit unions, and associations. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to educate union members about available benefits and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Educate members who request information about the benefits that are available to them through their union affiliation
• Sales involved only if the customer desires to opt in for additional benefits
• No cold calling as we only work with union associations directly

Requirements:

• MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
• Flexible hours
• Fluent in English
• Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required
