 Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead   Cloud Platform (Azure API Gateway) with strong expertise in Azure DevOps and Production/Application Support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, incident management, and supporting cloud-based applications in a production environment.
 Required Experience

• 8 10 years of overall IT experience.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience leading Application/Production Support teams.

• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles.

• Experience monitoring and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Ability to manually trigger builds and deployments during pipeline failures.

• Experience provisioning development and test environments using predefined templates.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for build failures and deployment issues.

• Experience in application monitoring, incident management, and production support.

Must-Have Skills

• Azure DevOps

• Application Support / Production Support Lead experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

• UNIX/Linux Shell Scripting

• Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Trigger manual builds and deployments during pipeline failures.

• Provision development and test environments using standardized templates.

• Support developers by resolving build and deployment issues.

• Perform production application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.

• Ensure high availability and stability of cloud platform applications.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes.
