Role Responsibilities
The Call Center Agents responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communications to ensure clients receive timely information and assistance.
• Document and track client interactions and issues, escalating complex concerns as needed.
• Assist in managing client feedback and resolving complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records in EMR and other systems.
• Support the implementation of client experience initiatives and improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on processes and service standards.
Role Qualifications
• Previous experience in client service, customer support, or healthcare coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EMR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Flexible availability (able to work within the hours of 7AM-8AM)
