Job Description:
Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Supports payroll processes.
- Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains confidentiality of payroll information.
- Prepares reports and summaries.
Qualifications:
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Fluency in at least one additional language (French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Czech)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to gather and analyze large amounts of information and work under time pressure
- Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible schedule in hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office)
- Prior payroll experience will be considered an advantage
- At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates)
