Sr. UI/UX Designer

The Sr. UI/UX Designer will participate in the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables for custom projects and products, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows wireframes mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching conceiving sketching prototyping and user testing experiences for digital products
• Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features
• Take a user centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Contribute towards Product Design, from concept through development with the use of Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 yrs
• Qualification: Master / Bachelor Degree
• Strong UI / UX design experience on mobile platforms
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq Framer, Photoshop and the like is a must
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Work experience in designing UI for mobile, web and desktop-based applications
• Understanding and experience with responsive and multi-device design
• Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
• Independent thinker
• Fluency in oral and written English is required
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments
• Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills are preferable
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery a plus
• Expertise in Creating Pixel Perfect HTML/ CSS/Theme a plus
