About this role
Hyperbound is the Revenue Activation Platform that transforms sales organizations by integrating behavior, coaching, and execution. The Full-Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for building and shipping features across the frontend and backend, working closely with the founding team and collaborating on impactful customer features.
Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features across frontend and backend using Next.js/React, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript
- Own your code end to end: when something breaks, you fix the root cause; when you see an architectural problem, you own the fix
- Support AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
- Work directly with the founding team to scope and prioritize what gets built next
- Collaborate tightly with product and design on features with direct customer impact
